Damage Deposit Damage deposits are due no later then 30 days prior to occupancy. Deposit is fully refundable to guest within 15 days after check out date provided that all real and personal property are in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all terms of the agreement are met. Cleaning Deposit $100 cleaning deposit is due no later then 30 days prior to the occupancy. Any portion of the deposit not used for cleaning the premises after occupancy has ended will be refunded to guest with in 15 days after check out date. Cancellation Policy For reservation cancelled 60 or more days prior to the occupancy date the rental amount collected will be returned less a 10% cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled less then 60 days prior to the occupancy date all funds received other then the damage and cleaning deposit will be retained unless the premises is re-booked at the same price and time, in this case the funds received will be returned less a 10% cancellation fee. |
